Uber Launches Investigation after Woman Claims of ‘Harassment’

Uber CEO Travis Kalanick has asked for a fair investigation into the sexual harassment claim by an engineering employee.

It has been reported that the suspect was a “high performing employee” and that’s why the company thought initially to leave the matter by giving only warning.

The woman, in a blog post, has written that she was welcomed on the very first day of her work with a string of inappropriate messages.

She when complained about this, the HR department and the upper management decided to leave him by giving only warning.

But now the matter has taken a completely new turn and Uber finally ordered an investigation to find out the truth.
