SUBWAY guy turned convicted paedophile Jared Fogle has inflicted further pain on one of his victims.
Fogle, jailed for almost 16 years for possessing child pornography and paying for sex with underage prostitutes, filed a motion in a response to a lawsuit against him, blaming her parents rather than himself for her emotional distress, FOX 59 reported.
The former weight loss guru’s motion filed on Thursday said that the divorced Indiana couple “through their actions, caused or significantly contributed to the injuries and damages alleged by Jane Doe in her Complaint against the Defendants.”

The victim, referred to as Jane Doe, sued Fogle and Russell Taylor in March. She is seeking $150,000 for personal injuries, emotional distress, invasion of privacy, negligent supervision and negligence.
Fogle said that the parents, unidentified to protect the identity of their daughter, caused her to have depression because they would get drunk, fight and argue with the girl.
The convicted paedophile said in a complaint the parents were responsible for his victim’s substance abuse and suicidal thoughts and wants them added as defendants in the lawsuit filed against him.
Court documents state that sometime between March 2011 and January 2015, Taylor installed multiple hidden cameras in his home concealed in clock radios to secretly film various minors, including Jane Doe, changing clothes, showering, bathing, and engaging in other personal and private activities. Court documents also state Taylor distributed these sexually explicit images and videos to Fogle.
Fogle has previously tried to lessen his responsibility for his heinous crimes, with a federal judge rejecting an attempt to reduce his sentence earlier this year.
Prosecutors unearthed documents showing sick texts in which Fogle “craved” sex with 14 and 15-year-olds and was willing to pay hundreds of dollars for it.
Disgust over his actions and behaviour in a Colorado jail led to Engelwood prison inmate Steven Nigg to bash him in March.
Fogle is not eligible for parole until 2029.
Taylor is currently serving 27 years in prison in Florida.
